We partnered with SuperPowerMe to build a next-generation AI platform focused on elevating leadership across modern organisations. Designed to function as a coach, copilot, and simulator, the platform provides personalised, real-time support for leaders navigating complex business challenges.
 
Our work included architecting a scalable AI-driven solution, integrating psychological models with generative AI, and developing a robust, user-friendly platform that adapts to each leader’s personality and situation. From product strategy to AI integration, we delivered an end-to-end solution designed to transform leadership into a scalable advantage.

The SuperPowerMe platform is more than just smart—it’s situationally aware, emotionally intelligent, and always ready to lead. Built at the intersection of behavioral psychology and generative AI, the system delivers in-the-moment coaching and support tailored to each user’s leadership style and challenges.
 
At its core are three supercharged roles:
 
The Instructor – Your personal coach, offering tailored advice based on your leadership profile, communication style, and goals. Think of it as a leadership playbook that rewrites itself just for you.
 
The Copilot – A real-time productivity partner that helps with everything from drafting team comms to preparing for difficult meetings. Always one step ahead, always ready to support.
 
The Simulator – A safe space to practice high-stakes conversations like giving feedback, influencing upwards, or handling conflict—complete with constructive, AI-powered feedback.
 
These experiences are powered by a custom LLM orchestration layer, leveraging OpenAI and advanced prompt engineering. The system adapts dynamically, pulling from context, prior interactions, and psychological insights to deliver hyper-personalised, high-impact responses.

To further personalise the leadership experience, we developed an AI-driven MBTI assessment module. Integrated directly into the platform, this feature leverages LLM capabilities to evaluate user responses across key personality dimensions and generate an MBTI type profile in real time.
 
The system dynamically interprets input using custom prompt engineering and scoring logic, assigning values to each MBTI dimension (e.g., Introversion vs. Extraversion, Thinking vs. Feeling). Based on the aggregate scores, it determines the user’s most representative personality type—enabling the platform to adapt tone, guidance, and recommendations accordingly.
 
By embedding psychological insights directly into the product experience, the platform delivers context-aware coaching that aligns with each leader’s unique preferences and communication style—enhancing both relevance and effectiveness.

The backend is designed with scalability and personalisation at its core. Leveraging Python-based orchestration, modular API layers, and secure infrastructure, the system supports dynamic user experiences across multiple leadership contexts.
 
On the frontend, a React-based interface provides a seamless, interactive experience that mirrors modern productivity tools. Every interaction is designed to feel natural, contextual, and actionable, making the platform an everyday companion rather than a one-off tool.
 
Security, compliance, and data privacy were treated as first-class concerns throughout. Role-based access, encrypted storage, and secure session handling ensure that user data and feedback remain protected.

Our collaboration with SuperPowerMe continues as we work on a series of exciting new features and enhancements aimed at deepening personalisation and expanding the platform’s capabilities. From launching the core experience to building advanced AI modules like the MBTI assessment, the platform has already made a significant impact—improving leadership effectiveness, reducing attrition, and accelerating strategic execution across organisations.
